This home located on a very private street, is near everything. Publix, supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, gas stations etc. are less than a 3 min away. Centrally located, less than 15 minutes away from Mercato in Naples and less than 5 min away from the beach and from Coconut Point Mall. This neighborhood is one of the best in the areas, great for early morning walks to welcome another beautiful day in paradise. When you get to the property, a large driveway with a center island welcomes you to the home. Everything inside and outside has been completely luxurious renovated. Inside the house, you will find three beautifully appointed bedrooms arranged in a split floor plan. When you get in, the main Livingroom welcomes you. 3 large hurricane impact rated sliding doors allow you to enjoy beautiful views from the Livingroom to the large pool and the lake, great for having a coffee, a wine or washing a movie. Some features on this room are high end furniture’s set and a large 65in 4K TV. At the center of the home is the kitchen with all brand-new stainless Kitchen Aid appliances. French door Refrigerator, induction cooktop, double oven and microwave, dishwasher etc. High end quartz countertops all the way through the floors make the kitchen perfect to enjoy cooking a great meal. A great view from the kitchen to the pool and the lake is also featured trough a large impact window that opens to a bar on the lanai. The breakfast bar is on the middle between the dining room and the 2nd living room. A large dining room offers plenty of space for enjoying a family time, and a great view for our garden trough a very large window takes the dining experience to a higher level of details. The 2nd Livingroom comes with a fireplace and a high end 65" TV. Luxurious and comfortable Livingroom sets makes this area perfect for entertainment and spending family time. 2 impact rated sliding doors give access from the second Livingroom to the outside lanai, where you have a second bar connected to the kitchen for convenient access to drinks. The lanai has another outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying those balmy breezes over coffee or dinner! Master bedroom is also facing the pool and the lake, and is equipped with king side luxurious bed, and top of the line mattress and linens for a great sleep. The large master bathroom offers you en suite bath with a shower system second to none. massage jets, rainfall head with a 3-way LED thermostatic shower system makes the bathroom just amazing. Even more, a freestanding Whirlpool jetted bathtub are in place for the ultimate experience. Dual vanity sinks with a large vanity LED mirror, and Bluetooth extractor are just some details of the bathroom.
